To be eligible to register and maintain a koin50 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.

koin50 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence upon request may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

When registering a koin50 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and where applicable, your Malaysian bank or e-wallet details for payment processing.

You represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will not register more than one account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.

As part of our KYC obligations, you may be asked to submit identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or utility bill) before making withdrawals or when requested during routine account review. This is a standard requirement for all internationally licensed gaming platforms and is designed to protect both users and the platform from fraud and money laundering.

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, koin50 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, any server, database, or network connected thereto.
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise objectionable through any Platform communication feature.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploit any error, bug, or technical malfunction in the Platform for financial gain. Such exploitation may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

koin50 reserves the right to monitor user activity on the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms. Suspected violations will be investigated and may result in account suspension, permanent termination, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

koin50 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods supported in Malaysia, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

All deposit amounts are denominated and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation, and credited accordingly. The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of transaction.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of confirmed payment, subject to payment processor processing times.
• koin50 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• All deposits must originate from lawfully obtained funds. koin50 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for significant deposits.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with koin50's published processing timeframes, which are as follows (indicative, not guaranteed):

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes after approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes after approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes after approval, subject to bank processing.
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to network confirmation times, typically within 30–60 minutes.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you are required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting satisfactory identity documentation. Withdrawals to payment methods not matching the name on your registered koin50 account will not be processed.

koin50 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, VIP tier benefits, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the respective offer.

The following general bonus terms apply to all koin50 promotions unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited in addition to deposited funds and may be used to place wagers on eligible games and betting markets.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Specific multipliers apply to each promotion.
• koin50 reserves the right to decline, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including in cases where we reasonably believe a Player is abusing the promotional system.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, subject to eligibility criteria. Duplicate account holders attempting to claim multiple bonuses will have all bonuses revoked.
• Birthday bonuses are subject to prior VIP tier verification and confirmed date of birth matching identity documentation on file.
• Refer-a-friend bonuses are credited after the referred Player completes a qualifying first deposit and meets applicable activity requirements. Referrals cannot be made to existing koin50 account holders.

koin50 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

All wagers placed on koin50 are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or betting market. By placing a wager, you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules as displayed on the Platform at the time of play.

General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on koin50 include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. koin50 does not accept requests to cancel or modify wagers after they have been submitted and confirmed by the system.
• Winnings are credited to your Account Balance at the conclusion of each game round or event outcome. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, koin50's records shall be the definitive source of truth.
• Live sports betting odds are subject to real-time change. The odds applicable at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that wager, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game session, koin50 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game to the correct state. In cases where restoration is not possible, affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned at koin50's sole discretion.
• koin50 offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major markets. Market availability is subject to change without prior notice.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at koin50's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the koin50 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Registering or operating more than one koin50 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or assisting any person under 21 to access the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, or using external assistance (including software tools, artificial intelligence, or real-time assistance from third parties) to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Manipulating or exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform for personal gain.
• Placing wagers on behalf of third parties or accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of wagering.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge-back any deposit made to your koin50 Account without first contacting koin50 support and allowing a reasonable resolution period.

koin50 reserves the right to withhold payment and/or void winnings pending investigation into any suspected breach of these prohibited conduct provisions. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, koin50 will report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

koin50 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above, and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content solely for the purpose of using the Services for your personal entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our prior written consent.
• Use the koin50 brand name, logo, or any other trademark for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koin50 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

koin50's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

koin50 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Termination by the Player: You may close your koin50 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, you are required to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Termination by koin50: koin50 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Underage gambling or suspected underage gambling.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed with prior notice).

Upon termination for cause, koin50 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any internal investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, remaining real-money balances will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method.

koin50 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, providing a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account before the changes take effect.

The version of these Terms that was in force at the time a dispute arose shall be the version applied to the resolution of that dispute, except where required otherwise by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koin50 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with koin50's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

For Players located in Malaysia, you acknowledge that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of internationally licensed gaming platforms, and that the dispute resolution process described herein shall apply.
